On Living A Life of Intention
Whilst listening to a recent episode of the Richer, Wiser, Happier podcast with Matthew Mclennan as the guest, he mentioned a quote from Seneca that made me pause and reflect:
“If a man knows not to which port he sails, no wind is favourable.”
